Plage de Petit Nice - An overnight stay on the sandy dunes of Arcachon [France]

While travelling in France you might want a quiet stop at the beach. I can recommend an overnight stay at the Plage du Petit Nice just outside Arcachon. Our stay was stormy and wet but no less magical.

We travel with a 1979 Puck and we managed to park up directly at the beach front after sneaking under the 2.2m height restrictions.

There are however lots of motorhome and larger caravan space a little further back.
